Professor Agrawal is the cofounder of an annual conference every October on the economics of artificial intelligence at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. His co-conference chair is Shivon Zilis, Director of OpenAI and Partner at Bloomberg Beta.

This conference explores the new opportunities being forged by developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Its main focus is not on the technical aspects of AI but rather the business and social implications of its development and advancement.

The fourth annual Machine Learning & Market for Intelligence Conference will take place on October 23, 2018 at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
